Apollo Nida — Husband Of ‘ Real Housewives Of Atlanta’ Star Phaedra. Has Been Charged With Multiple Counts Of BOLD Identity Theft. Which Has Now Landed Him A Federal Case, And Possibly Time In A Federal Prison.

— Its Said Nida Caught The Eye Of Secret Service’s Counterfeit and U.S. Treasury Check Squad.  Its Alleged He Created Fake Companies Which Then Gave Him Access To Various Databases That Contained Information Of The Identities He Stole. He Also, Allegedly Opened Fake Bank Accounts In The Names Of The Victims, Gained Access To U.S Treasury Checks, Stolen Retirement Checks From Delta Airline, And Checks That Were To Go To People With Unclaimed Tax Money. Nida Has Been Charged With Bank Fraud And Identity Theft And Has Already Appeared In Court. At Least Apollo’s Wife, Phaedra, Is A Lawyer. That Should Come In Handy In The Day Ahead.
