Robin Williams has died on Monday morning of an apparent suicide, a rep for the actor confirm. The legendary actor & comedic genius was 63 years old. “Robin Williams passed away this morning”the actor’s rep Mara Buxbaum said in a statement. “He has been battling severe depression of late. This is a tragic & sudden loss. The family respectfully asks for their privacy as they grieve during this difficult time.” His wife, Susan Schneider says, “This morning, I lost my husband and my best friend, while the world lost one of its most beloved artists and human beings. I am utterly heartbroken.”
Williams was found unconscious and not breathing inside his Tiburon, California home in the wee hours of the morning, Marin County police confirm.” At this time, the Sheriff’s Office Coroner Division suspects the death to be a suicide due to asphyxia, but a comprehensive investigation must be completed before a final determination is made” add investigators.
The comedian and actor is known for hit iconic roles on screen such as Mrs. Doubtfire, Good Morning Vietnam, and many more films over the decades. Williams is survived by his wife Schneider & his three children. May he rest in peace.
